Our Mission
Our Vision
Our Values
- Person-Centered Care: We believe therapy should be guided by your values and goals. You are the expert on your own life, and we collaborate with you to support the direction you want to take.
- Compassion & Nonjudgment: We create a space where every part of your story is met with understanding and acceptance. You don't have to hide or minimize what you're going through here.
- Collaboration & Partnership: Therapy at New Narratives is not something done to you, it's done with you. We work alongside you to explore patterns, build insight, and create meaningful change together.
- Growth & Meaning-Making: We believe people are not defined by their struggles. Our work focuses on helping you understand your experiences and reshape the narratives that no longer serve you into ones that support growth and possibility.
- Respect for Individual Stories: Every person's journey is unique. We honor the complexity of your experiences and adapt our approach to meet you exactly where you are.
- Integrity & Ethical Care: We are committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-informed care that prioritizes your well-being and your trust in the therapeutic process.
Our Specialties
Narrative Therapy
We help clients explore and re-author the stories they hold about themselves and their experiences, shifting limiting narratives into ones that feel more empowering and aligned with who they want to be.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
CBT focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns and develop more balanced, supportive ways of responding to life's challenges.
